About you
Qualified solicitor with experience in planning law, environmental law, or related public/regulatory fields
Skilled in legal drafting, strategic advice, and client communications
Familiar with judicial reviews, court litigation, or administrative challenges will be advantageous
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
What you'll do
Provide strategic legal guidance on planning, environmental, and administrative matters
Support statutory bodies and private clients on compliance, enforcement, and decision-making responsibilities
Lead or support judicial reviews, appeals, and other public law disputesPrepare court submissions, engage counsel, and represent clients at hearings
Build trusted relationships through proactive client service and contribute to business development activities
