Responsibilities
:
1. Design, analyse, and developplex, high-performance quantitative models and software critical to trading operations.
2. Lead the software and model development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to production deployment.
3. Optimise and maintain existing C++ systems and models to meet evolving technical and business demands.
4. Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and analysts to improve system and model performance and reliabilit y
What we're looking for
5. A degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics,puter Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (advanced degrees preferred).
6. 3-5 years of professional experience in software and model development.
7. Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17), with particular emphasis on quantitative modelling.
8. Experience developing high-frequency, low-latency applications is beneficial.
9. Proven track record in deliveringplex software solutions with rigorous performance and scalability demands.
10. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in mathematical modelling, statistical analysis, physics-based simulations, or algorithmic research.
11. Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, andmunicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
12. An interest or experience in capital markets, probability theory, statistical modelling, or game theory is advantageous.
