Group Projects Manager
The role requires a senior manager to work with senior management teams across the business and be involved in projects and initiatives to support the business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage specific projects to approved requirements
* Develop and design development projects across the business
* Create robust Capital Expenditure proposals
* Apply proven project management methodologies to ensure successful execution
* Define resource requirements internal and external
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
* Monitor project work for compliance to applicable codes/standards and engineering practices
* Manage multi-disciplinary functional relationships
* Lead communication, meetings, reports/presentations to ensure projects are completed to specification
* Create and manage a dashboard to give visibility across all projects
* Assess and enhance existing project management processes and practices
Proficient skills include project planning, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, risk management, time management, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and effective communication.
