We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing team at one of Ireland's leading workplace safety training providers. This is a desk-based role, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference.
What You'll Do
* Identify and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels.
* Understand clients' training requirements and recommend bespoke safety solutions.
* Present course offerings persuasively to new and existing clients.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Keep accurate records of sales activity in our CRM system.
* Stay informed on industry trends to position services effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience, ideally B2B or in training, safety, or services.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust quickly.
* Confident, professional phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
* Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in workplace safety and training solutions.
