Job Title: Sales Representative – Precast Concrete
Location: Office-Based with on-site visits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This role is primarily office-based, with some travel to customer sites, construction sites, and project meetings as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across utilities, civil engineering, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing accurate product information and support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
* Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Conduct site visits to understand project needs, assess requirements, and provide technical guidance.
* Identify opportunities for new business development and market growth.
* Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
* Attend meetings, trade events, or site visits as required.
* Provide excellent customer service and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for all precast concrete solutions.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach.
Desirable (advantageous but not essential):
* Experience in precast concrete, construction, civil engineering, or utilities.
* Technical understanding of precast products, drawings, and installation processes.
* Previous sales or account management experience in a related industry.
* Full clean Irish driving licence.
