AC3 offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where interdisciplinary collaboration is essential. The unit is supported by a highly skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team—including nursing, allied health, medical, and support staff—all working together to provide tailored, goal-directed rehabilitation plans that address both short- and long-term recovery goals.The RoleEducationThe Clinical Support and Development Nurse plays a key leadership role in supporting the growth and capability of the nursing workforce and improving the quality of care provision on the ward.
