Operational Excellence Manager
As a visionary leader, you will drive strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, interview, and hire team leaders to ensure effective onboarding and development.
* Develop and communicate strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with corporate direction.
* Lead employee and team development, identifying strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
* Establish clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and drive improvement initiatives.
* Ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among teams and departments.
* Drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction through process improvement and best practices sharing.
* Manage departmental costs and identify opportunities for reduction.
* Forecast and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
* Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to track performance and progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
* 10 years work experience in a relevant position or equivalent external work experience, including 5 years management experience.
* Master's degree preferred.
* Advanced PC skills.
