Reception (Main Switchboard): Reception duties as required, switchboard operation, dealing with the public and enquiries, familiarizing with the ethos of St Mary's Parish to manage inquiries friendly, courteous and efficiently. Managing a diary system. Responsible for communicating all messages received at reception. Sacristan duties, sorting of correspondence, punctuality.
Administration: Provide administrative assistance, computer skills, filing, letter writing/Dictaphone typing, diary management, good organisational and communication skills, dealing with correspondence.
General: Be caring and compassionate with all service users to maintain a welcoming environment. Work in conjunction with other team members, maintain confidentiality, be flexible and prioritise workload, allocate and manage time efficiently, adhere to all Health & Safety Regulations, undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
