Orthopaedic Support Specialist
Description:
The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and training to customers on the safe and effective use of surgical devices in theatre settings. This role involves collaborating with surgeons, hospital staff, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption and procedural knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality technical support and training to customers, including surgeons and hospital staff.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS AND HOSPITAL GROUPS ACROSS THE TERRITORY.
* Support the development of product and procedure knowledge within the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer activity and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a surgical or theatre environment, preferably as a scrub nurse.
* Full clean driving license and specific experience in surgical orthopaedics is essential.
