About Your New Job
* Manage and develop relationships with existing alarm installers to maximize engagement and business growth.
* Identify, approach, and recruit new alarm installers to expand the network, focusing on residential/domestic sectors.
* Collaborate with existing installers to enhance sales of monitoring services.
* Achieve individual and regional sales targets through proactive pipeline management and effective follow-up.
* Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What Skills You Need
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-oriented industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability.
* Full, clean driving license required.
