Finance Manager – Dublin 12 (Hybrid) | €85,000
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation based in Dublin 12.
This is a key leadership role offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive financial performance in a direct, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management accounts
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving setting
Partner closely with the senior management team, providing financial insight and strategic support
Strengthen and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Key Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Prior experience working as Finance Manager
Strong industry background with proven experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior management
Hands-on experience managing finance teams and driving performance
Excellent knowledge of management accounting and month-end processes
Strong exposure to financial controls and compliance
Some payroll experience desirable
