About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office Lead to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and continuously improving project management processes, while supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* To establish and enhance PMO processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks that drive best practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* To provide oversight of projects and programmes, monitoring cost, scope, risk, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
* To collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align projects with strategic objectives and business goals.
* To support project managers and teams with guidance, mentorship, and training to improve project management skills and competencies.
* To enable the introduction and use of PMO IT systems and tools to streamline project management processes.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree (Level 8 NFQ or equivalent) in business, engineering, or project management.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project, programme, or PMO management.
* A recognised project management qualification or professional membership.
* Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* A full driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with project management software.
