About the Role:
* Strategic Leadership: Conceptualize and execute research initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, fostering innovation and growth.
* Research & Development: Lead the development of novel materials, processes, and product designs, driving technological advancements.
* Operations Management: Establish core supply chain functions, including manufacturing processes, procurement, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to international medical device standards (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA), guaranteeing compliance and excellence.
* Team Building: Recruit and manage interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, materials science, or biomedical fields.
* 10+ years of experience in R&D and leadership within the medical device industry, preferably with international exposure and experience in Class III devices (cardiovascular or neurovascular).
* Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel globally on occasion; passion for innovation, industry trends, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
