Job Title: Coastal Engineering Professional
Description:

* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marine civil engineering, with a strong focus on design and project management.
* Responsibilities include leading, managing, and running port/marine projects, as well as developing solutions for coastal flood risk assessment, hydrodynamic modeling, and coastal protection.
* A strong understanding of current codes of practice and design standards is essential for this role.
* Candidates should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
* 8 to 15 years' post-graduate experience in Marine Civil Engineering
* Experience in the Design and Project Management of coastal/marine engineering projects from inception to handover
* Experience in the design and planning of large scale port facilities
* Coastal flood risk assessment, hydrodynamic modelling and/or coastal protection experience
* Knowledge of government/public contracts and other industry-standard contracts
* Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to lead others in a multi-disciplinary project team
* Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills, and good written and oral communication skills
