Pharmaceutical Formulation Expert


We are seeking an experienced Spray Drying Specialist to lead the development of new formulation processes and drive successful technology transfer from development through to manufacture.


This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role within a high-impact formulation team where you will own and advance the spray-drying technical capability for our pharmaceutical products.




About This Role


* You will head the team providing ongoing technical support to commercial spray-drying operations while co-leading Design of Experiments (DoE) for new Spray Dried Intermediate (SDI) processes.



Candidate Requirements:


* BSc/BEng or higher in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a Science discipline*, *with at least 10 years relevant pharmaceutical industry experience*, including significant time focused on enabled formulations & spray drying. Proven expertise in designing and executing DoEs for spray drying process development and scale-up. Deep understanding of engineering principles involved in spray drying.
Familiarity with process equipment cleaning validation cGMP's regulatory requirements is required.*
