Job Overview
The Role of Senior Project Lead Engineer involves working in a safe manner and adhering to all Health, Safety & Environment mandatory policies, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and adhere to personnel and manufacturing policies and procedures.
2. Adhere to the Change Control Management System for all changes to the existing process or the implementation of new systems.
3. Ability to drive change by assessing opportunities, present proposals, gain support from key stakeholders, assemble relevant team members, obtain finance, and manage budgets.
4. Ability to write Design Specifications and complete IQ/OQ/PQ activities as part of project execution.
5. Ability to perform risk management, translate the results into action, and execute the implementation plans.
6. Plan and prioritize workload to ensure that agreed deadlines are achieved.
7. Occasionally perform other engineering duties to support the operation as required.
8. Take ownership of projects, participating in the audits of various regulatory agencies and presenting to visitors as Subject Matter Expert.
9. Work proactively and professionally with internal and external cross-functional team members and third-party service providers.
Requirements:
10. Primary degree-level education in Engineering (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
11. Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience.
12. Project Management training.
13. Experience in Construction/Facility systems/Utility systems/Pharmaceutical Processing NPI.
14. Experience in commissioning.
15. Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical device sectors.
