We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our environmental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Science and a minimum of 7 years' experience in project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental projects. This includes ensuring compliance with regulations, engaging stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The candidate will also have a strong understanding of environmental regulations, project management methodologies, and the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams. A proven track record of designing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
">
* Develop key project management tasks including project plans, timelines, financial management of budgets, producing fee proposals, and tendering for work.
* Work with the existing Environmental Team on environmental aspects of diverse projects including renewable energy, infrastructure, and private commercial projects.
* Lead, coordinate, supervise, and mentor other Environmental Scientists to ensure safe and efficient delivery of work on time and within budget.
* Manage resource allocation of work schedules, provide guidance, technical review, and on-the-job training to team members.
* Provide technical environmental advice and recommendations to clients.
* Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders, including statutory bodies.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes, best practices, guidelines, legislation, and policies; provide leadership on these to staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Rlevant third-level Degree (Level 8 or higher).
* A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in environmental project management.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies.
* Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
* Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
* Arc GIS mapping skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Full clean driver's license.
