About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Valuations Surveyor
to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate property valuations across a range of asset classes, supporting clients with market insights and compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets in line with RICS standards.
* Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
* Undertake market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuations.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish property market trends and regulatory requirements.
* Assist senior surveyors with complex valuation projects and portfolio reviews.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics.
Qualifications
* Education:
Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, or a related discipline.
* Professional Qualification:
Completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence)
* Experience:
2–5 years in property valuation or related surveying roles.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software tools.
* Full clean driving license.
