Administration Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Administration Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of the support team, you will play a critical role in dispatch and ticket management.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer interactions, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and track call volumes.
* Coordinate technical support teams, update and maintain customer records via company systems.
* Provide administrative assistance with scheduling, sales, purchasing, and accounts.
* Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
* Assist with planning and organizing schedules for management and other team members.
* Organize travel arrangements and assist with company Health & Safety awareness requirements.
* Work with management to deliver projects aligned with the organizational strategy.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A business degree or relevant customer service/administrative experience.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a busy office environment.
* Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM packages and other equivalent administrative applications.
* Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
