Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking Support Workers to empower individuals to live independent lives in their homes and communities.
* Empower service users to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
* Develop and deliver person-centred plans to support the needs of service users.
* Establish partnerships with local community groups to promote active citizenship and community engagement.
* Transport service users to access community resources and services.
* Manage key worker duties, including administrative tasks, advocacy, and liaison with families and healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, candidates will possess a relevant QQI qualification, experience working with vulnerable populations, excellent communication skills, and a full manual driving license.
