Job Overview:
The role of a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordinator plays a pivotal part in the creation, management, and coordination of digital models for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for various construction projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Create detailed BIM models that support project design, construction, and facility management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Cultivate strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of all building systems and components into the BIM model.
* Elevate quality by ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project-specific requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements and ensure correct implementation of BIM.
* Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts in the design before construction begins, minimising costly rework and delays.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in BIM roles, preferably within construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
* Display proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
Skills:
* Proficiency in advanced BIM tools such as Dynamo, BIM 360, or other collaborative platforms.
* Experience with clash detection tools like Navisworks or similar software.
* Project management skills, including scheduling and cost estimation.
