Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThis role is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and will act as a key player in the growing International Finance team. The individual will be directly involved in understanding key business and product metrics to drive appropriate forecast assumptions. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams in providing strategic analyses and financial insights. You will be directly involved in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks), where you will maintain and communicate relevant performance metrics, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting outlook models to reflect operational changes.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Finance International.ResponsibilityPartner with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendationsCoordinate the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks) and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reviewsCollaborate cross functionally to streamline day to day operational effectiveness as the company and International regions continue to scaleMonitor key financial metrics and business drivers; analyse budget/forecast variances to actual and review with management teamDrive ongoing ad­hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling for the expanding businessMaintain, develop and implement tools, systems and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecastsDrive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy by developing a deep understanding of the financial targets and key drivers of the businessPartner with the company's Accounting team for the month ­end and quarter ­end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial resultsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
