Due to continued growth, new contracts, and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Ireland's top Civil Contractors is hiring a Project Manager to join their Water Network Delivery Team. This opportunity allows career-driven individuals to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding engineering company.
Duties:
* Support the Water Networks Contracts Manager in delivering high-quality water infrastructure works across the Southeast and Midlands region.
* Manage multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.
* Lead and manage multiple projects in both urban and rural environments.
* Oversee delivery from concept through to final completion with strong commercial awareness.
* Bu ild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, their representatives, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
* Draft and communicate regular project reports for internal and client use.
* Review constructability of water and wastewater design solutions.
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams, departments, and third-party providers.
* Identify and resolve issues relating to performance, scope, cost, and scheduling.
* Lead detailed project planning and resource-loaded scheduling for design and contract administration.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of status updates and reports to clients.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence essential.
* Relevant academic or technical qualification desirable.
* Experience working with Irish or UK Water Standards (Potable & Foul) essential.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Confident and self-motivated, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Benefits:
