2. Drive business growth by delivering all key performance indicators for departments
3. Develop training plans ensuring quality training, validation, and up-to-date training cards for all colleagues
4. Plan seasonal, trade driving, and promotional activities to maximize sales and impact
5. Foster a culture of innovation and personal growth, encouraging creativity and new ideas
6. Role-model a customer-centric approach, ensuring customers love to shop and colleagues love to work
