Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
About the Role:
* Ensure the successful delivery of projects across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
* Manage a team and construction department to source suitable project leads and support business development.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through successful delivery and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the senior management team to manage issues effectively and take a 'whole company' perspective.
* Attend managerial meetings and present reports on your department's progress.
* Effectively manage the department and team to ensure best practices are followed, costs are controlled, and revenue generation is maximized.
* Develop relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers involved in projects.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Department to engage with clients and project stakeholders at the earliest opportunity.
* Identify potential commercial risks early and report them back to the Board.
Project Planning and Execution:
* In conjunction with the Project Planner, create detailed project programmes for each secured project.
* Formulate plans for project logistics, including accommodation, transport, work permits, local H&S training, and certification requirements.
* Oversee and prepare project-specific safety documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and QA plans.
* Interface with clients at each project location to ensure senior personnel visibility on sites.
Person Specification:
* A degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
* At least 15 years' experience in a senior management position, preferably in building envelopes or roofing & cladding sectors.
* Knowledge of roofing, cladding, and facade construction methods and practices.
* Proven track record of completing projects successfully.
* Budget management experience and attention to detail.
