As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You will be the face of the brand, providing attentive service, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Deliver excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling to enhance the customer journey.
* Proactively drive sales by upselling, cross‑selling, and meeting individual and store targets.
* Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
Store Operations
* Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
* Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
* Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
* Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory counts.
Teamwork
* Work closely with store management and colleagues to achieve team goals.
* Follow direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values at all times.
