Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
* Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.
* Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
* Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
* Prioritize customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.
* Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.
* Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
