You'll sit at the centre of projects, systems, and people ensuring we operate efficiently, securely, and in line with best practice.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support property management systems (Yardi Voyager preferred), including data integrity, user access, workflows, and system optimisation.Lead and manage complex projects including system migrations, integrations, and compliance initiatives from planning through delivery.Develop and maintain process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across property management workflows.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new property schemes, ensuring seamless integration into Occu systems.Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery standards.Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimise downtime.Oversee user access and security permissions in line with compliance standards.Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base content for systems and processes.Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.Produce accurate and timely reporting for senior management on system performance and project progress.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance standards.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Experience with YardiAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Interest in compliance, information security, and project management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.3+ years of experience in operations, systems administration, or project management.Familiarity with property management systems and IT infrastructure preferred.
