We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management in a Pharma setting Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8;30 to 17:00 Main Duties and Responsibilities Management of Facilities team in the provision of services to the site .
These service include but not restricted to reception, security incl Access Control system, housekeeping, Catering, Hospitality,cleaning and GO provision Assisting with the implementation of Company Health Safety policy in compliance with the Health Safety Act **** and subsequent amendments Management of external contractors and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels are attained at minimum cost Manage the approval of supplier invoices and ensure these are accurately recharged to business units as appropriate Management of Cleaning, Security and Catering contracts on a day to day basis to ensure a high standard of service Manage contractors, tender processes and service agreements Ensure adherence to all site policies while challenging the status quo through change controls Maintain auditable records for all maintenance activities Build, lead and develop on-site teams with a focus on succession planning Oversee Budget control and manage third party suppliers by monitoring service levels, rates and communication Qualifications and Experience: Degree/Diploma in Facility Management and/or previous related experience a distinct advantage 3 years + related experience in a Pharmaceutical setting Previous experience of both people management and managing contractors essential Excellent financial and reporting skills Full understanding of the Facilities related skills Great problem-solving, communication and people skills Excellent decision making and problem- solving aptitude iND1
