We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Receptionist to work part-time, 2 days a week. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, front desk operations or hotel reception.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer experiences for all guests.
* Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs while maintaining professionalism.
* Manage phone and email inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
* Assist guests with bookings, queries and special requests.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to front office operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a front office, hotel reception or customer service role is beneficial.
* Flexibility and availability to work weekends is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail are necessary.
* A good command of both written and spoken English is required.
* EU Citizenship or an unrestrictive visa for the EU is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management systems is advantageous.
