Associate Transaction Manager – Capital Markets

About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Transaction Manager to join our Capital Markets (Governance and Transaction Management) team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to work closely with a diverse international client base and top tier legal and audit firms, to provide expert support across corporate, legal and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and administer special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
* Manage portfolio of SPVs as dedicated contact person for clients
* Liaise with local and international law firms, auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies
* Ensure proper handling of SPV transactions, including incorporation, liquidation, migration and transaction closings in line with local processes and procedures
* Draft and update service agreements and corporate documents
* Review legal and transaction documents in accordance with local procedure and policy
* Coordinate signing of transaction documents and transaction closings in accordance with client and counsel’s timelines
* Ensure all ongoing statutory, legal and transactional obligations of SPVs in structured finance and securitisation transactions are met
* Oversee internal client onboarding, including compliance and KYC processes
* Manage timely organisation and preparation of client board meetings and minute taking where required
* Complete Companies Act 2014 filings and registrations in timely and accurate manner and perform such other ancillary company secretarial functions as may be required
* Manage complex and high value opportunities under supervision of team manager to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain client service-oriented culture through timely responses to client requests and attention to detail;
* Coordinate with internal teams, tax advisors and accountants on SPV tax and accounting requirements
* Publish notices to stock exchanges, communicate with shareholders and perform other ad hoc transaction obligations as may be required
* Arrange for notarising, apostilling and consularisation of documents
* Provide support, mentoring and training to junior members of team
* Represent the company with professionalism and independence
* Support senior management and executive directors on client-related issues
* Participate in industry events, seminars, and marketing initiatives
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, international law, tax, or trust environments
* Experience in structured finance/capital markets, ideally within the Irish or broader international market
* Ideally a legal and/or business background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Passionate, driven, and eager to take on new challenges
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Ability to support and mentor junior colleagues
