KNOW THE ROLE:
NARS in our Brown Thomas Limerick store are currently looking for a Retail Artist to join their team on 37.5 hour on a fixed term contract for 2 months.
The desired candidate will possess a passion for creative beauty, be target driven and customer service orientated, experience in a retail environment is preferable but not strictly related to.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for individuals who possess strong sales ability personally and are great communicators and motivators, are highly organised, and possess a strong understanding of the retail environment working within a KPI and Sales Target orientated environment, they must also be of a positive mindset and understand the dynamics of a team. At NARS we are creative and nurture great relationships with our customers hence a high degree of confidence in makeup application and the ability to build relationships is extremely important to this role.
