Job Description
The Process Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in translating customers' process requirements into deliverable, cost-effective and profitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate clients' needs into effective design concepts that meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external design teams to establish reliable and efficient designs.
* Work with project managers and tendering departments to ensure proposed solutions are cost-effective.
* Support business development teams in preparing quotations and tender documents.
* Provide assistance with SAT and FAT of solutions.
* Develop documentation that supports the assembly, commissioning and operation of modular solutions.
* Define standard product offerings that meet the needs of the water and wastewater treatment market.
Requirements:
* Minimum L8 degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
* Managerial experience of process or design teams advantageous.
* Commercial awareness ensuring product proposals are both cost-effective and profitable.
* Extensive technical knowledge of process design, construction and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Ability to travel to customer locations, primarily in Ireland and UK.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Package
€75,000 - €95,000 per annum, dependent on relevant experience
