Maintenance Team Leader - North Dublin. The responsibilities of this role include: Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team. Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including emergency repairs and troubleshooting equipment failures. Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills to enhance team performance. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management to support operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support operational goals and address maintenance-related concerns. In addition, Maintenance Team Leader will assist in emergency response operations: Fire fighting Search and Rescue Spillage control Interested applicants should have: A relevant craft apprenticeship/third level qualification with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
