We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract, supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Main Responsibilities
* Administer and support recruitment processes, verifying applications from our HR system and setting up interview committees
* Oversee communications with candidates and hiring managers regarding competition status
* Manage shortlisting and interview process, preparing and distributing necessary paperwork
* Administer post-interview process, including verification of transcripts and references
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy on internal systems
* Provide cross-team cover for administrative duties as required

* Excellent communicative, administrative, and organisational skills
* Able to work flexibly and undertake additional duties as needed
