Job Title: Service Manager (CNM3 Grade)
We are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to lead our day and residential services in the South East Region.

Your Role
The primary role of the post is to lead, manage, and develop the assigned day and residential services in accordance with our ethos, objectives, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To have a clear understanding and commitment to the role of Services Manager, providing active leadership to support our mission.
2. To put people we support at the centre of all service delivery.
3. To take a team-based approach to services management, identifying team objectives and setting actions to support team performance.
4. To delegate responsibility within the team, motivate, challenge, and lead teams through change.
5. To recognize and assess skills mix, promoting the development of team members to meet those needs.
Your Qualifications and Experience
We require a relevant third-level qualification in nursing, registered by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland RNID, as well as a relevant management qualification.
You will also need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Leadership/Management Role.
* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in the intellectual disability sector.
* Excellent People Management, Leadership, Organizational, Motivational, and Communication skills.
* Knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA standards, with a proven ability to implement standards and regulations.
* A keen interest and awareness of creating community connections, social capital, and development of social enterprises as opportunities for service development.
* A good understanding of HR processes, including grievances, disciplinaries, people management, communication, and engagement.
* A full clean manual category B Irish driving licence.
