Manufacturing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our Engineering team.
* Support production through CNC programming, troubleshooting and continuous process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
* Create and validate CNC part programs for lathes and mills ensuring compliance with specifications.
* Adjust G Code to meet drawing requirements, guaranteeing accurate outputs.
* Provide support with tooling, jigs and fixtures to optimize production workflows.
* Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime.
* Train operators and line leads on process changes to promote seamless transitions.
* Prepare BOMs, routings and AutoCAD drawings for project planning and execution.
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
