About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand the disease area ecosystem and shape strategies accordingly.
* Define local product strategy in the market, aligning with the global approach.
* Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
* Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
* Lead the development of promotional activities in line with SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
* Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; evaluate marketing mix effectiveness.
* Identify market insights and opportunities through research and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities.
* Identify specific needs for each patient segment and implications of the disease within the territory.
Key Performance Indicators
* Market share and growth.
* Performance management, employee relations, and feedback.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in relevant field.
* Experience in marketing within Pharma or relevant industry (e.g., FMCG).
* Hybrid working from Dublin office.
