We have partnered with a well established, Irish company who are focusing on Electronic Product design to find them their new Head of R&D. The scope of the role will see you managing a range of departments including Quality, Electronics, Software and Mechanical all to contribute to the product portfolio to build on success and continue to scale for the future. You will be a key, critical hire for the R&D function as they plan to grow over the next couple of years with plans in place to significantly increase headcount, funding and function throughout this area. Responsabilities included with this role are leading multiple teams collaberatively towards a common goal, dealing with the day to day running of the R&D team while being involved in larger decisions in regards to design, company goals and development. Your experience will be crucial in giving direction to the team and further hiring in order to adress any weaknesses or areas required to be a success. You will also have responabilities across management of projects, Budget management and key stakeholder involvement.
