About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Packaging Operative to join a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Co. Tipperary. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working on pharma or GMP-regulated packaging lines, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and maintain automated and semi-automated packaging line equipment.
* Carry out line changeovers and equipment setup in accordance with SOPs.
* Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and production standards.
* Record all production and batch information accurately and in real time.
* Identify and escalate equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
* Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Requirements
* Previous pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing/packaging line experience is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns (shift allowance applies).
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
