You will act as the primary custodian of forecast data, managing complex metadata configurations and incorporating workdriver data while ensuring rigorous validation with Engineering teams. A key portion of this role involves cross-functional collaboration; you will validate stakeholder inputs regarding new launches and PSM adjustments, and coordinate directly with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to lead comprehensive forecast refresh exercises.Beyond data management, you will drive process improvement by partnering with the Spend team to enhance forecasting accuracy and leading selected training streams.
