Investment Portfolio Manager
This is an exciting role within Investor Services that requires a challenging and dynamic individual.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of a client service team, management of client relationships and acting as a point of escalation for technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Final sign-off on internal, client and investor reporting to ensure fund activity is recorded accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
* Oversight of a team, managing key priorities, planning work, managing resources and recruiting new staff.
* Building and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings and ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
* Acting as a point of contact for client escalation and developing improvements to processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Driving a risk awareness culture within the team to promote a zero error policy.
* Identifying gaps in internal key controls and working with the wider team to close gaps.
* Effective management of the team and associated HR policies, performance and career developments.
Essential Skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work calmly under pressure, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience in working to tight deadlines are essential for this role.
A good working knowledge of AML and regulations impacting the industry, and experience in Client Relationship Management are also required.
