Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
* Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of a senior-level executive, ensuring timely and efficient attendance at appointments, meetings, and other events.
* Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation for internal and external meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
* Provide administrative support to the executive in their day-to-day activities, responding to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on their behalf.
* Draft, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available for the executive and other stakeholders.
* Screen and prioritize incoming requests, messages, and inquiries, escalating complex issues to the executive or other relevant parties when necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level.
* Strong educational background in Administration or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
* Highly organized, with exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with office software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
