Supporting Executive Leadership
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to a busy CEO, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations.
This is an opportunity for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, managing priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the individual they support.
* Working on their own initiative to provide a full executive support service.
* Manage the CEO's diary proactively.
* Support in creating board packs.
* Provide the first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
* Manage administrative and correspondence duties associated with the Office of the CEO.
* Plan, prepare, and coordinate papers for meetings.
* Arrange logistics for meetings.
* Plan, manage, and coordinate key events.
* Vendor and Contractor Management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Not-for-profit sector experience.
* High level of organizational/administrative skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
* Proactive and solution-focused.
