Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking an experienced, driven and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Hospitality & Facilities Management recruitment team. This exciting role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment across hospitality and facilities roles, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, crafting compelling job adverts, sourcing high-quality candidates, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hospitality and facilities roles, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment experience.
3. Write and publish engaging job adverts that attract top talent and drive applications.
4. Source and screen candidates using effective research techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results.
5. Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes, providing exceptional customer service at every stage.
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, client needs, and candidate pipelines, adapting your approach as needed to deliver outstanding results.
7. Collaborate closely with the team to achieve targets and support key accounts, driving business growth and success.
8. Maintain accurate records and utilize internal systems effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the hospitality, facilities, or service sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
