We are looking for a Pastry Chef/Baker to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in food and be
familiar with our concept and ethos. We are a farm-to-fork
restaurant emphasising seasonal produce. The ideal
candidate will be a team player, and will work closely wth Sylvain Cotswana, our head chef, who started his career as a celebrated pastry chef.
You will be responsible for
* Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with our head chef, Sylvain Cotswana and his team
* Prepare a variety of baked goods
* Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
* Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
* Working within the service on certain days
* Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
* Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
