* Ensure optimal clinic productivity by overseeing the patient journey and managing the appointment book
* Maintain a clean and tidy practice environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Oversee IT system set up and ensure equipment is serviced and maintained
You will be responsible for staff management, including HR issues, induction, training, and performance evaluations. You will also maintain clinical and administrative staff rosters and plan effective communication models.

* Monitor clinic performance, including patient wait times, treatment outcomes, and overall patient satisfaction

You will have strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A bachelor's degree in management or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in management are required. A competitive salary based on experience and standard hours from Monday through Friday are offered.
