Research Scientist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team in examining the social determinants of youth suicide and self-harm in Ireland.
1. The EQUALISE project is a four-year initiative that aims to investigate the factors influencing adolescent mental health and wellbeing in the Irish context.
2. Key objectives include identifying social determinants, developing targeted interventions, and promoting collaborative partnerships among stakeholders.
This challenging role requires a strong academic background in research methodologies, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills. As a key member of our research team, you will contribute to designing and implementing studies, analyzing data, and disseminating findings through publications and presentations.
To be successful in this position, you must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, experience in qualitative or quantitative research methods, and proficiency in statistical analysis software. Familiarity with project management tools and ability to work independently are also essential.
