Financial Management Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Executive to oversee the financial functions of our property. This key leadership role ensures effective financial management, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the finance department and will work closely with senior management and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, conducting detailed P&L and balance sheet reviews, and maintaining a robust control environment.
Maintaining and developing financial procedures using Sage X3, Procure Wizard, and Elevon is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will drive cost control initiatives across departments, particularly in F&B and housekeeping, and partner with HODs to improve margin performance and monitor KPI targets.
Audit and compliance are also crucial aspects of this role, including preparing and managing all internal and external audits, ensuring VAT, payroll, and other statutory returns are submitted accurately and on time.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent)
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting
* Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and metrics
