R&D Manager Leading Food Client
Our client is looking for a passionate and dynamic R&D Manager to join their Technical Leadership Team in Co. Meath.
In this role, you will lead a team of five R&D/Regulatory experts, drive innovation and product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring exciting new products to market.

Manage the R&D pipeline, from New Product Development to Value Engineering projects.
Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Procurement & Operations to deliver successful product launches.
Ensure compliance with food safety, labelling, and regulatory standards.
Leverage insights from the Group to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements: 5-8 years experience in R&D or Technical roles within the FMCG food industry A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong leadership, project management & problem-solving skills Experience with product development, packaging, and innovation processes A creative, self-starter with a passion for food and innovation Interested?
